Just a few little thing to mention...
 All objects can go directly into your downloads folder, and sim parts (clothing, etc.) can go directly into
      your downloads or saved sims folders after unzipping.

 Lots come in zipped packages to make for a smaller download size, so after unzipping the package, it
      must be installed like any other lot.

 Everytime you see this icon with a download, , you can download a collection file that goes into your
      Collections folder, not your downloads folder.

 Don't upload my lots anywhere else, especially your sim page. There's no reason for it. If you need to
      save a lot in your game for whatever reason, package it file on your computer, not The Sims 2 Exchange.

  I do not claim responsiblity for any damage made to your computer by any file you download from
      Avalonian Sims. I try to make sure that they won't cause any problems, and I play test everything, but
      you never know. Download at your own risk.

  You can recolor any object I make, or use objects, fences, walls, or floors in lots that you create. Just
      make sure to read any "ReadMe" files included for any special information you may need to know,
      give credit, and, whenever possible, link back please. Do not include the meshes with any of your recolors.

 Do not upload any of my sim clothing with a sim onto the exchange at all.
