| Very large community lot set for a clothing store is added with 25 new meshes, 3 of which will require OFB. The rest are all base-game compatible, so be sure to check them out in the downloads section. |
| Just a few new updates to mention. There's a new decorative plant stand mesh and recolors in the single mesh section, new outdoor grilling set in the Furniture Mesh Sets section, and all of the lots that used to require Family Fun Stuff Pack have been updated to no longer require it, so there's no need to use the CleanPack Installer to use them. Stay tuned, there's a new Clothing Store Mesh Set coming soon! |
| Not too many updates to the news in recent months, but I've been hard at work on creating a bunch of new stuff, as well as slightly changing the layout of a couple of the pages. There's a lot of new lots, a few new objects, a new object set, some murals in the walls section, and a few new neighborhood SC4 terrains have been added as well, so be sure to check all of that stuff out. You can click on the smaller pictures included below each object and lot to see a larger image, so you can see some better details. More is soon to come! |
| It has been far too long since I updated the news section, I figured it's really about time. I was asked to be a creator for The Sims Society, so I'm adding Mariella's wonderful site to the Links, so you can always get there. There's also a new Featured Artist, Spuddling94, be sure to check that out as well. I've been spending a fair amount of time learning to mesh new objects, so you can look forward to more coming from that as well. |
| Things have really slowed down for me creation-wise. I've started school again, and things are pretty hectic right now. I'll be making more male clothing soon for all ages though, slowly but surely, so keep your eye out. I also decided it was time to organize the downloads section much better. Everything is now categorized, so things are easier to find. Still needs some work though, I know, but it will be a slower process now that I'm in full swing at school. Don't forget to check out the new changes. |
| Incredible New Everyone!! I have a lot featured on the front page of TheSims2.com ! I couldn't believe it! I was completely blown away! It's even more awesome GodlyAce's lot is right there next to mine, he's always such a good friend, it was a wonderful day over at AceArchitecture! We all couldn't be more excited about it! You'll notice the Halloween banner on the front page, it's the best holiday all year long, I think, and I'll have the "Halloween" Downloads section up by the weekend, so good stuff to look forward to there! We have a new "Featured Artist" as well! Lovingred, check out their stuff if you haven't yet, there's some really good stuff on that page! |
| I know, it's been awhile since I updated the news page. The Old and the Beautiful contest went great, many votes were cast in all 3 rounds, and we have a winner! Congrats to Okadoda for her first place finish with Bruce Walters, and blufaerybeauty83 came in a close second with Esmarelda Gunner. Great entries, all of them! And a big thanks to Blu for the wonderful banner that you see on the front page she created showcasing the winners. I've also started to change the downloads pages. It's a work in progress, so bear with me for awhile while I get everything organized nicely and placed into their respective categories. I'm working on the banners and images for each category right now, and hopefully they'll be finished soon. I'm a perfectionist sometimes, sorry. In the meantime, there are many new dresses to be downloaded on the two pages already up, so be sure to check them out. |
| Avalonian Sims is hosting AceArchitecture's "The Old and the Beautiful" contest, so be sure to check that out and vote! Also, you will notice a new Featured Artist, BabyJaneKitty. She does some splendid work, and I thought it was time to recognize that. Also, just a note on the "Welcome to Avalon" series. It's under-going a serious re-vamp and getting a huge makeover right now, so the only thing up at the moment is the Prologue. |
| There are some new tutorials in the tutorials section that have been added. Creating a mural using Photoshop, Creating Custom Pictures without Hacks, and Creating Custom Painting without Hacks. Check those out. Also, there are a few new downloads, and there will be more coming in the next few days. The site is up and running in a much better form, I think. The navigation buttons are now easier to read, they are a bit larger, and the font now matches the rest of the site. You'll notice the "Featured Artist" on the first page. I've decided to put that there to give some recognition to the relatively unknown, and under-acknowlegded creators out there. I think I've worked out the bugs now, so, if not, feel free to contact me. You'll find the link to email me on the "Cool Links" page.
